Chief Financial Officer
Lead the finance function of a young, governance-first integrated marine & engineering company — build the finance operating model, controls and reporting from the ground up.

Responsibilities
The role
- Own financial strategy, planning and reporting
- stand up the finance function, controls and treasury
- ensure statutory, tax and audit compliance in Ghana
- support fundraising, project finance and investor/lender due diligence
- partner with the Board Audit & Risk oversight.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Chartered accountant (ICAG/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with senior finance leadership
- strong controls, IFRS and Ghanaian tax/regulatory experience
- project or infrastructure finance exposure preferred
- demonstrable integrity and board-level communication.
