This is a process and an opportunity for those who qualify. Progression is based on assessment, trade-test and certification outcomes.
Who we're looking for
Technical skill, readiness and ambition.
Welders, fabricators, pipe-fitters and metalworkers with vocational or technical training or workshop experience, ready for international work.
Open to Ghanaian welders and fabricators.
What to have ready
National ID
A clear copy of your Ghana Card or other national identity document.
Certificates
Your welding certificates and any relevant training records.
Curriculum vitae
A current CV outlining your training and workshop experience.
Passport
Include one if you have it. A passport is not required to start.
