The Board comprises four Directors, each a Founding Shareholder. Three hold executive office.
Chairman of the Board
Chairman of BlueHarbor and Group Chief Executive of Intercontinental Mining & Contracting Services and Fire Technik Company. His industrial and contracting background across Ghanaian heavy industry is the operating foundation on which BlueHarbor was established.
Deputy Chairman & Chief Engineering and Technical Officer
A master mariner who holds senior office within Ghana's maritime professional community. He carries the Company's engineering and technical authority, and the seagoing judgement that a marine services business cannot operate credibly without.
Director & Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive of BlueHarbor, leading strategic coordination and the Company's international partnership development. He led the correspondence and structuring that converted an inbound enquiry into the institutional platform the Company now operates.
Director & Chief Operations Officer
Chief Operations Officer, accountable for delivery, mobilisation and the operation of the governance framework. He led the drafting and review of the Corporate Legal & Governance Framework across all seven volumes.
