His work has centred on structuring enterprises, building institutional and commercial frameworks, and advancing partnerships involving the private sector, government, investors and international stakeholders — across agribusiness, digital innovation, alternative dispute resolution and public-sector engagement. He brings a systems-oriented approach to enterprise development, with particular emphasis on strong governance, innovation, sustainable growth and the creation of commercially viable institutions capable of operating within both African and international business environments.

As Chief Executive he is accountable to the Board for strategy, commercial performance and the Company's conduct in every market it enters.

Enoch Adu Marfo leads BlueHarbor's day-to-day operations and turns strategy into measurable results. He brings a disciplined approach to operational management, combining structured planning with practical execution so that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

His strength lies in building systems that improve performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning people, processes and resources around clear business goals, with a sustained focus on quality, accountability and continuous improvement. His background spans business operations, technology, branding and strategic communication, giving him a broad perspective on an industry where operational excellence depends as much on leadership as on technical capability.

He works directly with clients, partners and technical teams to ensure BlueHarbor delivers reliable engineering solutions while holding the highest standards of professionalism, safety and service.

Thomas Kwao Eklu is a Ghanaian maritime professional, shipping executive and seafarers' advocate with extensive experience in marine operations, vessel management and maritime workforce development. He serves as President of the Seafarers Association of Ghana, where he champions policies advancing the welfare, professional development and employment of Ghanaian seafarers.

He is Founder and Managing Director of Four Stars Marine and Crewing Services Ltd. and Central Marine, delivering marine crewing, ship agency, commercial diving, vessel support and technical marine services in Ghana and internationally. A graduate of the Regional Maritime University, he is widely respected for his leadership in advancing Ghana's maritime and blue economy sectors, and carries BlueHarbor's engineering and technical authority.

Peter Yaw Siame is an accomplished offshore and maritime professional with over twelve years of experience across drilling, marine and offshore operations in Ghana, West Africa and international waters. A graduate of the Regional Maritime University and a trained Offshore Rig Technician, he brings extensive hands-on experience across drillships, jack-up rigs, semi-submersibles, barges, tugboats and specialised offshore operations. His technical expertise spans offshore deck operations, lifting and rigging, cargo handling, rig maintenance, permit-to-work systems and HSE compliance, developed supporting major offshore operations for organisations including Saipem, Shelf Drilling, Stena Drilling and Deep Value Driller. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Seafarers Association of Ghana and as Chief Executive Officer of Oceanrock Offshore Services Ltd. As Technical & Engineering Director he provides technical leadership and operational insight across BlueHarbor's marine, engineering and offshore service activities, strengthening the Company's capacity to deliver safe, reliable and technically sound solutions across Ghana and the wider West African market.

Ing. Emmanuel Tetteh Aborbi is a Professional Engineer of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE, Mechanical/Marine/Agricultural Divisions) with over fourteen years of maritime experience in marine engineering, ship dry-docking, ship repair and maintenance, and quality assurance. He has led the safe docking, repair and maintenance of 450+ vessels, including offshore platforms, and is an ASNT Level II inspector (UT, MPI, RT). He holds a BSc in Marine Engineering and an MBA in Total Quality Management, with additional training from the Indian Maritime University. His work spans IACS and classification-society rules, ISO standards and IMO regulations, safety management, QA and team leadership.

Theophilus Cromwell Tsogbe is an international trade, investment and strategic-partnerships professional with extensive experience connecting businesses, investors and institutions across Africa and global markets. He serves as an Investment and Trade Commissioner at the Africa International Chamber of Commerce & Industry, facilitating cross-border trade and investment and strengthening commercial cooperation between African enterprises and international markets, and as Country Director for Intermarine UK in Ghana. His career spans international business development, investment facilitation, diplomatic and institutional relations, strategic partnerships and market expansion, with senior roles across Africa and Europe — from Head of Africa at a Swiss private office to international-relations leadership and international trade-summit organisation. As Director of International Relations & Strategic Partnerships he builds BlueHarbor's international relationships and cross-border alliances — the bridge between the Company's capabilities and credible markets, partners and investment.

Stella Aku Hatsu is an accomplished human-resources and administration professional with over eighteen years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate administration, banking, business development and people management. She brings a structured, people-centred approach to building the systems, policies and culture that let an organisation and its workforce perform at their best. At BlueHarbor she leads the human-resources and organisational-development function — talent acquisition and onboarding, performance and policy, employee welfare and workforce planning — aligning people, structure and standards with the Company's strategic goals. Her strength lies in translating governance and strategy into practical, humane HR practice, with a sustained focus on professionalism, compliance and continuous improvement. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Ghana and a Higher Diploma from the London Centre of Marketing, and pursues ongoing professional development across administration, human resources and people care.
