Workforce mobilisation & technical assessment
We are not a recruitment agency, and the distinction matters.
A recruitment agency introduces people and withdraws. We take responsibility for competence — assessing it, testing it, certifying it, and standing behind it after the person has been mobilised.
When a professional we placed is working on a client’s site three thousand miles away, they remain our responsibility, and our governance framework says so in terms.
